Tort LawDr. Christyann Gonzalez is called to the emergency room at the end of a busy day. She diagnoses up-and-coming rock star, Davy Wheeler, with a fractured right arm.

In the midst of setting Davy’s fracture, Dr. Gonzalez is notified that her son has fallen off of a neighbor’s trampoline and hurt his arm. Worried about her son, Dr. Gonzales rushes through the procedure. On her way to pick up her injured son, Dr. Gonzalez runs a red light and broadsides a minivan driven by a stay-at-home mom, causing the mom to sustain a broken arm.
